I've created this thread so everyone who's interested in the adoption agency can help in its creation! I encourage everyone to share their ideas and suggestions, so we can continue the planning we've done in the guild board!
Here we'll discuss and decide everything from the format we want our agency to take, the rules and parameters, the staff, and even the name!
So lets have some fun with this guys! ^_^

Thanks for offering that Keiko! I'll probably do the code/layout for the AA page myself, put if you can post it on your petpage that would be very helpful (I've run out of petpages!)!
So now we still need to decide a staff. I know Nari wants to help, but who else volunteered? We need at least two (Keiko and Nari!) But three would probably be helpful. Of course I'll be helping too!
We also need to delegate responsibilities. Nari (and maybe Dara?) will zap the pets, Keiko will host the page, and all members can help by donating items and finding homes. Is there any other tasks we need to take care of?
After the planning's done we need to choose some pets. I can adopt some on the guild account because I only have one pet. Then if we need to trade pets so Nari can zap them or for any other reason we can discuss that!
Lastly we need a name! What do you guys think of:
Pet Adoption Agency in the World of Spirits (PAAWS for short!) :3
OR
Spirit World Pet Shelter
OR
Spirit Society of Pet Protection and Welfare
Heh. That last one is really long and doesn't have a cute abbreviation like the first! Do you guys like any of these or have any other suggestions?

I think PAAWS is a very creative name! I vouch for it! I would love to help take care of the agency! I'll find out who else int he guild wants to participate and who has a lab ray. Paint brushes are very expensive and unpractical since we're letting people adopt them.

I agree about the paint brushes. It is way too expensive!!
But other items are good to collect like books, codestones or faeries to increase stats/abilities and I believe if you equip a pet with weapons, they keep them if you abandon them and would stay with them for the user that adopts them - not that we want to bribe people to adopt the pets, but it doesn't hurt to make them stronger and more appealing! ^__^
Plus after our screening process we will be sure that they really want to take care of the pet and aren't in it for the items!

Yeah...equip the pets with petpets! I did that once (by accident) and someone adopted it instantly....that pet(hellokitty619 or 612 was my first pet TT-TT) yea...
Hey Nari..is that you int the photo? WHO IS KIKU or KIKO? She in the guild? I can't find the name in the name page...

Of course that's me in my avatar  I've never heard of a Kiku either o.O I let someone adopt my white jetsam named wideravatar and he had a petpet with him. I neomailed the person and told her I didn't mean to do that and she offered to just give me 4K ;D It was a zapped fire kookith, originally a mallard worth 2K, but she didn't know that  |

Oh..well maybe she typed wrong or something...yeah. I neomailed the person that adopted my korbat(hellokitty619) but the person said NO...and ignored me said something like : Too bad...but yrah...mah korbat wus da best..high lvl high attk high defence with a petpet  |

hey I'd love to help I have a lab map and I could hold some of the pets untill they can be adopted I know that my userlook-up says i'm new to neopet but i actually have been with neopets for alot longer my old acount was broken_japan and when I broke up with an ex he went and changed my password so yea but I do have alot of fun with this kinda of thing and would love to help really

Well, it seems like most people like PAAWS the best, so I think we'll go with that! I think it's the most creative name anyway (especially with the acronym!)
